Principal Activities

Crimsonwing is an international IT solutions provider. The principal company activities are the provision of computer software and professional services, mainly to clients based in Western Europe, notably the UK and The Netherlands, but also Italy, Germany and Malta. Apart from eCommerce solutions and ERP systems, Crimsonwing also develops and implements bespoke solutions and is able to integrate various systems in order to provide European customers with an integrated solution. Additionally, Crimsonwing Promentum is also a Certified Learning Centre for Microsoft Dynamics (ERP). Other services offered include training, consultancy, design, and hosting (SaaS / ASP). Industries being cared for are mainly in the retail, wholesale and distribution sector, as well as the media industry.

The growing and profitable company serves the European market from its main office in the UK, the Netherlands and Malta and employs over 210 people. The majority of the software development is carried out in the near-shore Competence Centre in Malta. Crimsonwing (Malta) supports the delivery of Crimsonwing projects and solutions in the active markets and also has a very active Research & Development capability. In addition to that, Crimsonwing (Malta) provides clients with post implementation support services, and is supporting mission critical business systems for clients, 24 hours per day, and in some cases on a global basis.

In Crimsonwing PLC and Crimsonwing Group there is one commercial loan with the Maltese HSBC bank. The balance due at 31/3/11 was €684,260. This loan is due to be repaid by June 2013. There are no related sinking funds.

Parent & subsidiaries (shareholdings)

Crimsonwing plc is the Holding Company of Crimsonwing Limited, Crimsonwing (Malta) Limited, Crimsonwing BV, Crimsonwing VDA BV (acquired in July 2008), and used to be a majority shareholder (51%) in Crimsonwing Promentum Holdings BV and since FY 2012/13 fully owns (100%) Promentum. It is incorporated in Malta under the company registration number C42234. The Crimsonwing BV and VDA businesses operate as ‗Crimsonwing NL‘. The company organisation is as follows:
