Netherlands

Crimsonwing was initially established in Holland in 2004 and primarily provided e-Business solutions to its clients together with project management and consulting services. From this base it grew to be Intershop’s (e-commerce software and solutions) primary partner in the Netherlands. Seeking to expand its portfolio of offerings into the Microsoft Dynamics area it acquired in 2007 a controlling interest in Promentum - a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in Dynamics AX training and consultancy. A further acquisition was made in 2008 of VDA - a successful provider of ERP solutions to the Dutch media markets. This acquisition not only broadened the range of ERP offerings but also enhanced Crimsonwing’s solution capabilities in the areas of Business Intelligence and Oracle related services.

The three parts of Crimsonwing in the Netherlands - the original Crimsonwing BV company, Promentum and VDA – have been brought together under a unified management team in Crimsonwing’s Hilversum office.
