ViaMijnBank

In the Netherlands, Rabobank, ING and ABN Amro have jointly introduced a new payment method – known under the names Notabox, Digital Nota and ViaMijnBank – that enable you to receive invoices in your own internet banking environment. ViaMijnBank, a product from Crimsonwing Promentum, handles the communication between Dynamics AX and the new payment platform. ViaMijnBank processes the request, creates the digital invoices in PDF or HTML and sends the invoices to the payment platform. From there, the banks take up the invoice and the normal payment process comes into operation.

For quality in service and cost savings

The ViaMijnBank software does not have to be purchased. Payment is made based on an installation fee, a subscription and a fee per document sent. A standard Dynamics AX implementation is sufficient to be able to use this functionality. With ViaMijnBank, you can be sure that the customer receives your invoice. You save considerably on invoicing and follow-up and the system maintains an overview by making efficient use of a single central payment platform.

Bluem and Crimsonwing Promentum working together providing a quick and easy connection with the digital invoices true banks to businesses using Dynamics AX. The ViaMijnBank software provide file exchanging between Axapta and Bluem. By the use of the ViaMijnBank software is the connection plug & play, without the need of a time consuming implementation project. The module is available for Axapta versions 3.0, 4.0 and AX2009 and by your own Microsoft Business Partner.
